A Reaction to Fame

A friend of mine who lives in Washington, D.C. called to tell me how much she enjoys "Life With Marlene".

I called my mother to let her know.

Me: Mom, you are a cult superstar!! People in the Washington D.C. area have been reading your blog!

Mom: Don't give a bullshit!

I don't know what that even means.
